Affirmative Action
The Affirmative Action Program is responsible for implementing the City's Affirmative Action Plan. It reviews the city's hiring practices and employment policies, audits affirmative action statistics, implements anti-harassment policies, ensures city compliance with federal and state EEO requirements and provides affirmative action assistance to all city departments.
